RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Communicate with existing and prospective customers for confirming new orders, answer their queries and facilitate general communication.
  • Constantly develop new customers through digital marketing, search for potential B2B customers by attending trade fairs, business travel and customer visits.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers.

  • Develop new parts for customers in coordination with vendors and the engineering team.
  • Assist purchasing team in identifying and developing new vendors
  • Conduct inspection of vendor samples and customer samples.
  • Convert samples to technical specifications to be used as the basis for production and QC.
  • Assist sales team with technical queries or clarifications requested by customers.
  • Supervise warehouse QC team to ensure all products are inspected properly before dispatch.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial engineering.
